August is all but over, so it is time to post the new challenge. For September the theme is something seemingly easy, and yet eternally complicated: Love.

There are many types of love and all are worth a story or two. Of course romantic love comes to mind, and who would suit that concept better than Aragorn and Arwen? Or would you prefer to write a story about Faramir and Eowyn? Take your pick!

There is also the love between a family - how could a young human child have won the heart of an ancient elven lord? And there is the love between friends, for it makes elves and dwarved forget that they actually do not like each other!

Which concept of love you choose is totally up to you! Write about Legolas' love for his wood, about Aragorn's love for Gondor, about Gollum's love for the ring. Write about romantic love, forsaken love or tragic love.
