The challenge theme for November will be Disguises.

Write a story in which the characters are under disguise or appearing as someone they are not! It might seem that the term disguise was invented with Aragorn in mind - he had so many names, aliases and occupations in his life, that it should be hard to pick a time when he was not under disguise. The obvious choice would be to write a story about Aragorn's time in Rohan or Gondor under the disguise of being Thorongil. Of course, he could also be forced to go undercover for a mission - living amongst the Haradrim, for instance. You choose, the possibilities are virtually endless!

And what about Legolas? Have him pose as Mirkwood's king because Thranduil is otherwise occupied. Have him disguise himself as a man to give him the chance to visit that inn on Minas Tirith's second level he always enjoyed so much. Legolas is royalty after all, surely he would feel the need from time to time to get around incognito, without everyone recognizing him!
